The Art of Grazing

The Art of Grazing creates artistic and vibrant charcuterie boards in Orange County, California. We source ingredients locally and provide a variety of colorful and tasty selections.

Hi! My name is Jodi Springer and I am the founder and owner of The Art of Grazing. I have been a Graphic Designer for the past 25 years and recently decided to make a change and start my own Charcuterie Business. While I continue to design and and do Marketing for various companies, I have decided to take my creativity to a whole new level.

What sets The Art of Grazing apart from other grazing companies is “Color”. I look at each board and box I create as if it is a paint palette. You will notice that every color of the rainbow is used and placed strategically, while using edible flowers to create the final masterpiece. I want each creation to be filled with a little of everything. Not only are the cheese boards made with a variety of meats and cheeses, but I add fruits, vegetables, nuts, sweets and dips.

I have put my heart and soul into this business and can’t wait to continue to grow and expand everyday. All items are sourced from local markets and farms so you are sure to have the highest quality products. I am located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA and offer delivery options to South Orange County.

When I am not creating, I spend time with my husband and two girls. We enjoy riding our electric bikes, going to concerts in the park, traveling, and supporting local restaurants/small businesses in Orange County.
